Arrival
It’s a good idea to arrive 20 minutes before the worship gathering, which begins at either 9 or 11 a.m.
Registration/check in
When you first arrive, please come to the e/kids registration kiosk located under the clouds in the back of the main lobby. A member of our host team will be ready to greet you and answer any questions you may have.
We will ask you to fill out a brief registration form. Based on age and developmental stage, your child will be assigned to a classroom and will receive a nametag and a numbered wristband. You will also receive a wristband with a matching number. You must have this numbered wristband on in order enter the children’s area and pick up your child. In the event we need to contact you during the gathering, the wristband number will be posted on the front screen in the worship gathering. If your child’s number comes up, simply report to the e/kids kiosk for more information.
Early childhood classes for children six weeks of age through kindergarten open 15 minutes prior to the start of the gathering. A member of our host team will escort you to your child’s classroom, where a teacher will assist you in adding your child to the class sign-in sheet and labeling your child’s items.
Elementary children in grades 1–5 begin their morning by worshiping with their families. Following announcements, kids are dismissed for an age-appropriate classroom experience of their own. Teachers will greet them in the lobby and guide them to their classrooms. You can pick up your child in the elementary classrooms in the e/kids wing; an e/kids map will be available at the e/kids kiosk.
