Here are a couple of questions: Have you ever wanted to hang out with a bunch of awesome 6th–8th grade kids, college students and adults? Have you ever wanted to listen to great music, play ridiculous games, make new friends, have random dance parties, become a pirate or a ninja or stay up all night?
Or what about these: Instead of standing around during singing, do you go absolutely crazy and dance? Would you like listening to an awesome (and short) teaching? How about hanging out with a group of students your age and in your grade, led by two totally cool adults who think you are amazing?
If you answered yes to all of these—or even if you said yes to just one of them—SUBVEЯT is the place for you. Check us out on Tuesday nights from 7–8:30pm.

Please plan on joining us on Wednesday night, to celebrate the end of the year with some good food, middle school vs high school competitions and a graduation ceremony for our 9th and 12th grade students.
Parents: If you would like to volunteer this night and help with grilling and serving food, Johnny would love the help. Email Johnny him to let him know you are interested.

Want a free iPad or iPod Touch?
We thought that’s what you’d say. Any student can win these two fabulous prizes! All you have to do is memorize 1 peter 2.1-12 for a chance to win an iPod Touch at the Merry Skatemas Party December 14th or a chance to win a new iPad at the End of the Year Picnic May 2nd. Students that memorize the entire passage will have their names entered into the drawing 4 times.
Here’s a quick breakdown of how to enter.
Memorize 1 Peter 2.1-5 = Name entered once. Memorize 1 Peter 2.6-9 = Name entered a second time. Memorize 1 Peter 2.10-12 = Name entered a 3rd time. If you can say 1 Peter 2.1-12 without any help = Name entered a 4th time! If you don’t win the iPod touch at the Merry Skatemas Party, don’t worry, your names stay in for the iPad 2 drawing at the end of the year!
Fine Print: You must be at the End of the Year Picnic to win the new iPad.

A typical Tuesday night
7:10–7:12 — Gather around the stage on the bleachers and beanbags and prepare for an awesome night.
7:12–7:25 — Play an outrageous group game! Usually involves everyone and gives everyone a chance to move or run around. It’s always awesome, and always a good time.
7:25–7:45 — Worship time. We have a worship band made up of some of the coolest Hope College students ever. They lead us in singing songs that get you out of your seat and dancing for the Lord. We also experience God in different ways besides singing—but you’ll have to come to SUBVEЯT to be a part of the unbelievable experiential worship that goes down on Tuesday nights.
7:45–8:05 — Teaching time. Teachings are 20 minutes long (at the most) and are always engaging, interesting and applicable to your life. You’ll love how much you learn about God and grow deeper in your relationship with Christ.
8:05–8:25 — Twenty minutes of time for just you and your LifeGroup. SUBVEЯT LifeGroups are made up of five to seven students plus two leaders of the same gender. The whole point of this time is to hang out, get to know each other more, and discuss the teaching and how it applies to you and your life. Your leaders love to listen and hang out, and they’ll be pumped to just be with you!
8:25–8:30 — Random Announcement Video time. This is when we watch a short video found on the internet, and also hear about the announcements for what’s coming up at SUBVEЯT.
