We all have to work to make a living, but how often do we actually reflect on a Biblical view of work? We’ll discuss the concept of work and consider its relationship to rest, play, worship and the cycle of human life. Dr. Witherington will engage these subjects and more, combining scholarly wit and good humor, common sense, cultural awareness and biblically based insights from Genesis to Revelation.

Dr. Witherington is considered one of the top evangelical scholars in the world and is the author of more than 40 books including The Jesus Quest and The Paul Quest, both of which were selected as top biblical studies works by Christianity Today. One of his latest books is Work: A Kingdom Perspective on Labor.
