Deeply committed follower of Jesus
Affirms Engedi’s core beliefs, mission, values and life practices by word and example
Ability to carry out the vision of the ministry at the campus
Proficient administrative skills – including the ability to set goals, facilitate advance planning and effectively manage ministry projects and schedules
Strong communication and writing skills
Team player – humble, willing to defer to others, supportive of other Engedi ministries
Is a partner of Engedi or is willing to become one upon joining staff
Is in a CABLE (small) group or is willing to become a part of one

Role Specific Skills and Qualifications
Competent in Planning Center Software
Can lead while playing an instrument (guitar, keys, etc.) or recruit and resource an instrumentalist
Proven leadership ability as a worship leader
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate weekly worship and production team for Engedi Students, retreats, and other miscellaneous events.
Utilize Planning Center Software to plan programming and schedule teams
Oversee weekly communication to Students worship and production teams
Recruit new vocalists, instrumentalists, and production team members
Oversee the system for onboarding new team members
Help empower each team member to grow in their giftings
Facilitate weekly rehearsals
Collaborate with the Engedi Students team
Other Responsibilities
Participate in monthly staff meetings, optional (2nd Monday of the month)
Participate in Engedi Student weekly planning meetings
Participate in most staff prayer meetings, optional (every Monday)
Participate in most Worship Night, optional
Attend staff retreats, optional (twice annually, one of which is overnight)
Other Details
Part-time, 20 hours/week position including vacation and personal days, cell phone reimbursement, subsidized onsite daycare at Holland Campus, and matching 403b contributions
Reports to Engedi Students Pastor and Worship Arts Pastor
