Purpose of the Position 

The main purpose of this position is to cultivate and lead excellent, Holy Spirit-inspired worship and to train up others to do the same as it pertains to the overall vision of Engedi’s Worship Arts for Engedi Español.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead worship for the majority of weekend services at Engedi Español
  • Oversee weekly rehearsals
  • Oversee all aspects of the Sunday worship experience including rehearsal, tech production, service structure (via PCO) and pre-service prayer
  • Facilitate setup and teardown of all music and tech equipment for Engedi Español (when applicable)
  • Develop and train other worship leaders and production leaders using Engedi’s leadership pipeline
  • Meet weekly with Campus Pastor to review, plan and prepare for weekly services/events
  • Recruit, develop, and schedule worship and production team
  • Champion Engedi Creative Arts values and programming philosophy
  • Participate in other church-wide worship events throughout the year as needed (other campuses, conferences, retreats, etc…)


Other Responsibilities

  • Participate in all monthly staff meetings (2nd Monday of the month)
  • Participate in all staff prayer meetings (every Monday)
  • Participate in all Worship Nights  
  • Attend staff retreats (twice annually, one of which is overnight)
  • Participate in weekly Engedi Español team meetings


Other Details 

  • Part-time, 25 hours/week position including vacation and personal days, cell phone reimbursement, subsidized onsite daycare at Holland Campus, solitude days, and matching 403b contributions 
  • Reports to the Campus Pastor while working closely with the Worship Pastor
