Building Disciples for Ministry Leadership
Our internship is designed to empower and develop you through spiritual formation, leadership training, and immersive ministry experiences within one or more focus areas. At Engedi, we equip aspiring ministry leaders with hands-on experience, intentional mentorship, and a deep understanding of church leadership.
Over nine transformative months, you’ll grow in faith, leadership, and purpose while enjoying staff perks, insightful readings, weekly Intern chapels, and a supportive community.
August – May
Staff Prayer: Mondays, typically 1:15-2PM
Beyond staff prayer, your schedule will be shaped by the needs of the ministry you serve with, in coordination with your availability.
