Purpose of the Position

This role exists to support and bring alignment to the Creative Arts team (Worship, Production and Communications) through communication, coordination, and execution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary coordinator for large scale church events and gatherings, (Christmas, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, conferences, Awaken Nights, etc.) including the management of calendars, deadlines, volunteers and project tracking
  • Coordinate and implement all Sunday Host support elements for weekend gatherings (host documents, scheduling, run through meetings etc.)
  • Assist with scheduling and communication for Sunday teams (breakfast team, hosts)
  • Assist the Creative Pastor with planning and execution of team initiatives (Creative Team Nights, 12 week year goals, etc.)
  • Onboard and manage new volunteers into CCB and Planning Center (auditions, scheduling, ect)
  • Support and coordinate volunteer focused events (Team Nights, Worship Nights, Team Hangs, songwriting retreat)
  • Maintain organization of supplies, equipment, and digital resources
  • Manage financial processes (credit card reconciliation, check requests, etc.)
  • Help support initiatives and coordinate events for Engedi Music
  • Track analytics and metrics for the Creative Team along with managing budgets for large scale events
  • Other administrative duties as needed

 

Other Responsibilities

  • Participate in monthly staff meetings (2nd Monday of the month)
  • Participate in staff prayer meetings (every Monday)
  • Participate in Worship Nights 
  • Attend staff retreats (twice annually, one of which is overnight)


Other Details

  • 45 hrs including vacation and personal days, cell phone reimbursement, subsidized onsite daycare at Holland Campus, and matching 403b contributions 
  • Primary Coach: Creative Pastor, while working closely with the Communications Director and Production Pastor
