Deeply committed follower of Jesus
Affirms Engedi’s core beliefs, mission, and values by word and example
Ability to carry out the vision of the ministries of students and young adults
Proficient administrative skills – including the ability to set goals, facilitate advance planning and effectively manage ministry projects and schedules
Strong communication and writing skills
Team player – humble, willing to defer to others, supportive of other Engedi ministries
Is a partner of Engedi or is willing to become one upon joining staff
Is in a CABLE (small) group or is willing to become a part of one
Tithes
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate weekly worship and production team for Engedi Students and Engedi Young Adults. In addition, plan retreats, and other miscellaneous events.
Develop goals for the worship ministries & church goals
Shape and advise Kids Worship experience.
Ensure the Next Gen worship culture aligns with the overall worship culture of Engedi
Utilize Planning Center Software to plan programming and schedule teams
Oversee weekly communication to Next Gen worship and production teams
Recruit new vocalists, instrumentalists, and production team members
Oversee the system for onboarding new team members
Help empower each team member to grow in their giftings
Facilitate weekly rehearsals
Help oversee equipment and budget for the Annex
Other Responsibilities
Participate in all monthly staff meetings (2nd Monday of the month)
Participate in all staff prayer meetings (every Monday)
Participate in all Worship Nights
Participate in Engedi Student weekly planning meetings
Attend staff retreats (twice annually, one of which is overnight)

Full-time, 45 hours/week position including vacation and personal days, cell phone reimbursement, subsidized onsite daycare at Holland Campus, matching 403b contributions, and healthcare benefits
