Purpose of the Position
To help create a culture of worship where Engedi Kids attendees engage with God in worship with excellence and passion during Sunday morning gatherings.
Role Specific Qualifications
- Competent in,or willing to learn, Planning Center Software
- Can lead while playing an instrument (guitar, keys, etc.) or recruit and resource an instrumentalist
- Proven leadership ability in Worship Arts
- Proficient in, or willing to learn, ProPresenter
Skills and Qualifications Required
- Deeply committed follower of Jesus
- Affirms Engedi’s core beliefs, mission, values and life practices by word and example
- Ability to carry out the vision of the ministry at the campus
- Proficient administrative skills – including the ability to set goals, facilitate advance planning and effectively manage ministry projects and schedules
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Team player – humble, willing to defer to others, supportive of other Engedi ministries
- Is a partner of Engedi or is willing to become one upon joining staff
- Is in a CABLE (small) group or is willing to become a part of one

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekly worship and production team for Engedi Kids
- Coordinate worship for kids at Worship Nights
- Coordinate Kids choir for special events as needed
- Utilize Planning Center Software to plan programming and schedule teams
- Oversee weekly communication to Kids worship and production teams
- Recruit new vocalists, instrumentalists, and production team members
- Onboard new team members
- Help empower each team member to grow in their giftings
- Facilitate weekly rehearsals
- Collaborate with the Engedi Kids team to plan for the future
Other Responsibilities
- Participate in monthly staff meetings (1st Monday of the month)
- Participate in Engedi Kids weekly planning meetings
- Participate in 25% of staff prayer meetings (every Monday)
- Participate in Worship Nights
- Attend staff retreats (twice annually, one of which is overnight))
Essential Details
- Part-time, 10 hours/week position including vacation and personal days, cell phone reimbursement, subsidized onsite daycare at Holland Campus, and matching 403b contributions
- Reports to Engedi Kids Pastor
